Small Bee Honey (Beri Honey)
Small bee honey, often called beri honey, is collected by small honey bees from the flowers of the beri (jujube) tree. It is lighter in colour than big bee honey, with a delicate floral taste and a smooth finish.
Anmol Natural small bee honey is raw and unfiltered — it is never heated, and never mixed with sugar syrup or water. Natural honey can crystallise in cold weather; that is a normal sign of real honey. Stand the jar in warm water and it turns liquid again.
